Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at POPI. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 03 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns or exchanges after this period.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene, safety, or legal reasons. We will indicate such items on their product pages.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at care[at]popi[dot]co[dot]in within 03 days of receipt. Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions for returning your item, including the correct return shipping address. Please do not send your return to the original shipping address unless specifically instructed by our staff.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us as instructed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product received. In cases of defect, damage, or incorrect shipment, please contact us with supporting photos, and we may provide a prepaid return label.
Inspection Criteria
Once your return is received, our team will thoroughly inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. We check for:
- Condition: Unopened and in its original state.
Items that do not meet these criteria may be subject to rejection. Please note that we do not offer partial refunds.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email within 3 business days of its status (approval or rejection).
- If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- If rejected: We will explain the reason for denial.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days:
- Recheck your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.
- If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please email us at care[at]popi[dot]co[dot]in.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us within 15 days with your order number and photos of the issue.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items marked as “sale” or “clearance” are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive defective or damaged.
International Returns
For international orders, our return policy and process remain largely the same. However, please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with the return. Please mark the package clearly as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
Processing Delays Notice
While we strive to process all returns and refunds promptly, please be aware that during peak seasons, major holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing. We appreciate your patience during these times.
